You may upload work done for you anywhere with credit to me and a link back to my Furaffinity/ Weasyl/ or any of my other websites.

You may cancel your commission at any time, however refunds will not be made unless I have not started your commission. In the event that if I choose to cancel the commission you will be given a full refund

Revisions and/or upgrades may be made for an added price on which we can discuss.

You may edit my work without permission as long as credit for the original drawing is still given to me.

You may not reproduce the image on merchandise or make prints of my work for the purpose of selling it. Merchandise or prints created for personal use is allowed.

If you want an image for commercial use (e.g. book covers, sold prints, etc.) you must discuss with me for any price alterations to accommodate for its commercial use.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

I retain all copyright to my work, even if the characters contained in the image are not my own. I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for sales or self-promotion. If you’d rather me not post your commission online, let me know.

If you are reselling a character depicted in an image made for you (by me), then the buyer may only purchase the reposting rights to the image. I still retain the rights to the image as the artist.

I reserve the right to cancel at any time without explanation. In the event if that were to happen a full refund will be issued, and I will retain all rights to the work (excluding owner's characters) if any, that has been completed. The commissioner does not reserve the right to post, use, or edit any work progress that has been completed.

I only cancel if a commissioner is being excessively rude, beyond reasonable, or if I have life complications.

I reserve the right to cancel any request that makes me uncomfortable at any time.

The commissioner may make a new request at this point and will not be charged for work already done on the previous.

If the commissioner does not desire a new request they will be issued a full refund.

I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters and backgrounds, etc. What I consider "complicated" is at my discretion.

Prices for extra characters cover up to four total characters. Any commissions involving more than four characters requires a custom quote.

I’m sorry to say that I can no longer do the 50% payment method I used to do in the past, and so I will need full payment up-front. If there are issues we can try to work something out but this is all I can do at the moment. A commission may be dropped if the commissioner fails to respond within 72 hours. If you require more time, please talk to me! I can be flexible.

Sketch commissions have a single approval round, and I will make any requested changes, provided they are not outrageous. The meaning of "outrageous" is up to my discretion.

Any further changes will be charged per item changed.

Larger commissions will have a sketch approval stage. I will not begin coloring or laying lineart unless the sketch is approved.

Before I shade an image I will present flat colors to be approved. It is the commissioner's responsibility to correct character errors at this point.

Once an image is complete, the commissioner will be charged to recolor an entire image.

Price of changes will be discussed with the commissioner at the moment the changes are brought up.

If a color mistake occurs anyway and is my fault, I will happily recolor the image at no cost to the commissioner.

I do not issue refunds, partial or full, on work once completed.
